He is survived by: his daughter Mandie Underwood; his fiancée Wendy Estill; his siblings, Jason Edmond Underwood, Lennae Brown and Leanne Pippin; his grandchildren, Braidyn Cooper and Elijah Cooper; and his pet Tank.
