He is survived by: his wife Allene Maddox Williams; his children, Debora Stribling (Billy) of Manchester, TN, Reba Baird (Leland) of Milton, TN, William C. "Bubba" Williams Jr. (Debbie) of Manchester, TN, Paula Norris (Jody) of Soddy Daisy, TN and Douglas Shipp (Estella) of Murfreesboro, TN; his sisters, Peggie Goodwin of Murfreesboro and Janie Robertson of Murfreesboro; his grandchildren, Katie Persson (Tyler) of Sparta, TN, Kristina "Charlie" Williams of Denton, TX, Adam Williams of Manchester, TN and Slade Norris (Charlcie) of Charleston, TN; and his great grandchild Elise "Ellie" Marie Williams of Tullahoma, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
