He was predeceased by: his parents, Miguel Munoz Sr. and Mary Ann Crick Adcock. He is survived by: his sister Angelitta Munoz of Moultrie, Georgia; his stepfather Morris H. Adcock of Tullahoma; and his aunts and uncles, Connie L. Messer, John L. Crick, Donnie L. Crick, Tina Kirwan and Della Crick.
