She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde Earl Bush; her parents, Willie Fletcher and Lizzie Fletcher; her siblings, Windona Goins, Lannie Fletcher and Marlin Fletcher; her son-in-law Karroll Ensey; her granddaughter Kimberly Bush; and her great grandchildren, Baylor and Micah Breiteneicher.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Bush Ensey, Barry Bush (Anita), Larry Bush (Sherry) and Jeff Bush (Melissa); and her brother James Fletcher (Betty Ann). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
