He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Benson and Irma Cardone Benson; and his brothers, Jack Benson and Don Benson. He is survived by: his wife Marissa Barrett Benson of Beechgrove, TN; his daughter Marie Grochowsky (Gordon) of Estacada, OR; his grandchildren, Josephine and Gregory Grochowsky; and his siblings, Karen Kulin (Stephen) of Anchorage, AK and Roy Benson (Lynnae) of Albuquerque, NM. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM and at 1:30 PM.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Coffee County Humane Society (PO Box 252, Manchester, TN 37349).
