He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Finnus and Twila Leigh Howard Foster; and his brother Stephen Allen Foster. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Foster; his siblings, Finnus Foster, Melanie Pierce (Richard), Michele Foster and Lauren Foster; and his nieces and nephews, Desiree Pulley (Jason), Allison Burt (Dillon), Krystal Foster, Scott Pierce (Carlena), Jesse Foster and Warren Foster. He is also survived by nine great nieces and nephews; and several other extended family.
