She was predeceased by: her father Woodrow Eddlemon; her sister Patsy Canaday; and her grandson J. R. Rogers. She is survived by: her husband Jim Perkins of Beech Bluff, Tennessee; her sons, Van Holmes (Mary) of Jackson, Jamie Perkins of Wynn and Justin Perkins (Desiree) of Oakland, Tennessee; her stepdaughter Elizabeth Evans of Jackson, Tennessee.; her sisters, Martha Hopper (Kermit) of Dresden, Peg Ramsay (Dick) of Jackson and Joy Eddlemon of Welches, Oregon; and her grandchildren, Heather Rogers, Morgan Holmes, Luke Perkins, Jacob Perkins, Preston Evans, Max Evans and Stella Evans.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Gideons International in memory of Mrs. Wilda.
