He was predeceased by: his father Ernest N. Deaton; and his wife Wanda Jean Deaton. He is survived by: his daughters, Ramona Bell and Michelle Cox (Steve); his brother Bennie Deaton (Gay); his grandchildren, Mandy Cates (Brian), Justin Cox (Lacey), Becky Davis (Justin) and Heather Anderson (Curt); his great grandchildren, Hailey Davis, Brady Davis, Lakyn Davis, Jacie Grace Cox, Eason Cox, Josie Cox, Ellakate Parker, Ainsley Anderson and Case Anderson; and his close friend Pat Priddy.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to be made to the Beech Bluff Cemetery fund.
