He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Fowler Sr. and Alice Irene Blankenship Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Rita Carolyn Hart Fowler; his children, Anthony Fowler (Melinda), Melissa Riggs (Tommy) and Chris Fowler; his grandchildren, Matt Fowler, Nerissa Fowler, Hanna Fowler, Sarah Fowler Gray (Jerry), Caitlin Fowler, Raychel Fowler, Taylar Rushing and Chase Knipper; his great grandchildren, Cooper Brooks, Annsley "Annie" Plodzein of Albert Joseph, Plodzein, Willow Grace Holmes, Tatum Rushing, Maverick Rushing and Preston Knipper; and his siblings, Johnnie Sue Hayes and Gary Fowler (Karen). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Maple Springs Cumberland Presbyterian Church (2005 Beech Bluff Rd, Beech Bluff, TN 38313). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
