He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Clarke and Jean Mosier Farley; his daughter Crystal Smith; and his siblings, Billie Jean Pickett, Mickey Farley, Tommy Farley and Joe Neal Farley.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Smith Farley; his children, David Ray Farley of Finger and Sherry Kay Ellis (Dusty) of Milan; his grandchildren, McKinley Brooke Whitwell, Blake Battaglia, Jolie Battaglia, Leah Ellis and Hunter Ellis; his great grandchild Alivia Battaglia; and his brother Tony Farley of McNairy.
