He is survived by: his children, Elmer Kemper (Heather) of Beech Bluff, Tennessee and Amanda Kemper (Tim) of Salinas, California; his siblings, Josh Kemper (Lisa) of Salinas, California, Gay Fretwell (Jerry) of Salinas, Sally Reyes of Salinas and Pansy Rogers (Larry) of Gonzales, California.; his grandchildren, Lauren Scott, Evan Scott, Taryn Kemper and Amelia Lopp; the mother of his children Carla Kemper; and his friends, Dewayne Thielman (Pat) and Alan Caron. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
