He is survived by: his mother Sue Epperson Tremmel of Oliver Springs, TN; his stepmother Kim Collins of Corryton, TN; his sister Christy Packard of Corryton, TN; his stepsister Pam Wells of Oliver Springs, TN; his brothers, Danny Collins of Rutledge, TN, Kenneth Collins, Jr. of Corryton, TN, Tony (Janet Collins), Andrew (Christian Collins) and Scott Collins (Jessica Powel); and his close friend Karen Sparkman (Travis) of Bean Station, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
