She was predeceased by: her former husband Roy Clark; her husband Edward Van Osdol; her siblings, Cecil Cook, Lennie Shockley, Mae Moyers and Delta Gilbert; and her granddaughter Christina Clark.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Simmons, Nelson Holt, Virgie Holt, Clora Wright, Jay Holt and Margie Moyers; her children, Mary Ann Holbert, Douglas Clark (Melissa), Ned Clark and Roy "Shorty" Clark (Mona); and her grandchildren, Stephen Clark, Stephanie Holbert (Michael Williams) and Shaun Clark. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
