He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Mullins and Opal Rose Mullins; and his uncle Onsby Rose (Bubby). He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Dale Mullins (Julie) of Elkhorn City, KY, Michael Gene Mullins (Lisa Lynn) of Elkhorn City, KY and Barbara Michelle Bartley (Kevin) of Bean Station, TN.; his sisters, Kathy Lou Mullins and Retha Ann Belcher (Doug); and his grandchildren, Arron Mullins, Hillary Hershman, Audrey Mullins, Kaci Rae Bartley and Dale Arlin Mullins. He is also survived by his three children.
