He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Shipley and Letha Bettis Shipley; his siblings, Pete Shipley (Mary), John Shipley, Clem Frank Shipley, Charles Eddy Shipley, George Shipley, Jean Sneed (Robert) and Betty Harkleroad; and his brother-in-law Jerry Simmons.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Mays (Tom), Ida Simmons and Gary Shipley (Carol). He is also survived by 9 nephews, 6 nieces, several great-neices, and great-nephews.
