He is survived by: his children, James Ratliff of Bean Station, Jason Ratliff of Pikeville, Shawn Adkins (Kay) of Pikeville, Traci Fields (Jerry) of Marrowbone and Jamee Ratliff-Bowling (Brandon) of Shelbiana, Kentucky; his sisters, Doris Ann Harrison (David) of Mooresville and Judy Lockhart (Gary) of Pikeville, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Jacob, Katerra, Jaida, Amelia, Aubrey and Gabriel.
