He was predeceased by: his wife Melanie Dawn Mowl; his sons, Luther B. Mowl, III and Michael Mowl; and his sister Norma Jean Woods. He is survived by: his brother Bobby Mowl; and his son Timothy Russell Mowl. He is also survived by his grandchildren; great-grandchildren.
