Leeman is survived by: wife Shirley Vance; children, Dean Taylor of Bean Station and Debbie Taylor Mays of Williamsburg; grandchildren, Matthew Ratliff (Ashley) of Williamsburg, Michael Mays (Jessica) of Williamsburg, Shay Taylor (Danielle) of Bean Station and Cameron Taylor of Bean Station, Tennessee; and sisters, Clara Porter of Rogersville, Roma Blair and Corinne Taulbee.
