He is survived by: his wife Robyn Smith Bullion; his sons, Shane Bullion and Charles "Allen" Voiles; his mother Eula Wolfe Bullion; and his sisters, Leslie Lamb and Janice Smith. He is also survived by 6 granddaughters; and 1 grandson.
