He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Combs; his sons, Roger and Terry Combs; his granddaughter Kimberly Purkey (Travis); his great grandchildren, Cynthia Skillman (Jon), Greg Smith, Katherine Smith and Abigail Purkey; his great great grandchildren, Paige, Alex, Elizabeth Shae, Christopher and Ayden; and his sisters, Pricilla West and Nancy James.
