He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Raymond and Ruth Godwin Leedy, Sr.; his sister-in-law Barbara Leedy; and his niece Pepper Leedy. He is survived by: his wife Deloris Leedy; his brother Max Leedy; his stepdaughter Angela Hall (Rob); his grandson Colin Hall; his brother-in-law Steve McDaniel (Tammy); his nephew Rhett McDaniel; his niece Ginger Mullins (Jeff); and his sons, Tanner and Chase Mullins (Emily).

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes for donations to be made to United Methodist Church of Mooresburg in his honor.
