She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlin Collins and Dolly Collins of Thorn Hill; and her siblings, Don H. Collins, Gene Collins and John Sherman Collins.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Walker; her children, Richard Walker (Tara) of Bean Station and Stephanie McCubbins (Eddie) of Bean Station; her grandchildren, Tyler McCubbins, Sydney McCubbins and Joshua Walker; and her siblings, Irene Speigel, Lefty Collins, Peggy Walker and Dan Collins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
