We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2018, at the age of 79, Tobie L. Bledsoe (Baxter, Tennessee), born in Unicoi, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Grady Briggs; her husband Baxter Johnson Bledsoe; and her nephew Douglas Bledsoe. She is survived by: her sister Tobie L. Bledsoe; her parent Rozelle Robineete Briggs; her children, Billy (Jennifer), Virginia "Sissy" (Edward Mattie), Maria and Jonathan (Stacy); her siblings, Patsy Crowe, Raymond Briggs, Larry Briggs and Michael Briggs; and her brother-in-law Byron Bledsoe (Betty). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and close and wonderful friends.
