He is survived by: his mother Grace Shipley of Anderson, IN; his wife Lori Patton of Baxter, TN; his children, William Herbert (Candace Kerley) of Monterey, TN, Richard Patton (Marlaina Bilbrey) of Baxter, TN and Amber Davis (Cody Davis) of Gainesboro, TN; his grandchildren, Madisyn Patton, Raylan Davis and Baylee Patton; his stepgrandchildren, Katelyn Lockhart, Ethan Lockhart and Chevelle Bilbrey; his siblings, Robert Patton (Cindy) of Anderson, IN, Betty Lovell of Indianapolis, IN, Maxine Baird of Anderson, Gaynell Lankford (Don) of Terre Haute, IN and Beth Rose (Bill) of Indiana; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Whitehead of Cookeville, TN.. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
