He is survived by: his children, June Madewell Smith of Cookeville and Milton; his daughter-in-law Donna Ashburn of Baxter; his siblings, Rose Lee Goff of Cookeville and Alfred; his siblings-in-law, Faye Ashburn of Cookeville and Carlyn Thomas of Baxter; his grandchildren, Julie Ashburn and Jamie (Adam Brown); and his great grandchildren, Bradi Madewell Betcher, Lillian, Olen and Geneva Brown.
