He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Herman Bilyeu and Willie Beatrice Reid Bilyeu; and his siblings, Bonnie Bilyeu, Edna Qualls and George Bilyeu.
He is survived by: his wife Lois West Bilyeu; his son David (Sarah Bilyeu); his grandchildren, Dana (Bobby McWilliams) of Baxter, Robert Tyler McWilliams (Kristen), Koby McWilliams (Kristin), Austyn McWilliams, Jace McWilliams and Keegan Bilyeu; and his great grandchildren, Robert Grayson McWilliams, Weston McWilliams, Jordan McWilliams and Callie McWilliams.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cookeville Chapel (59 N Jefferson Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
