She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Baryiski and Martha Baryiski (Ciesielske); her husband Leslie Clouse; and her daughter Zerina Hayes. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Bohannon, Brenda Dunton, Elaine Clouse, Gail Clouse of Baxter, TN, Lester Clouse (Pokie) and William Clouse (Goat) of Cookeville, TN; her great grandchild Numerous; her son-in-law Jeffery Hayes of Cookeville, TN; and her niece Debbie Goff. She is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to help with final expenses.
