He is survived by: his wife Hilda Jackson Whitehead; his children, Jeff Whitehead (Della), John Edward Whitehead, Kenneth Whitehead (Tina), Roger Whithead (Donna) and Charlotte Bowman (Perry); his grandchildren, Isaac Vaughn, James Aubrey Bowman, Ashlee Rankhorn (Jacob), Tasha Page Buck (Patrick), Matthew Whitehead, Jordan Whitehead, Jonathan Whitehead, Hannah Brook Whitehead, Madison Faith Whitehead and Kenneth Shea Whitehead; his great grandchildren, Perry Chase Bowman, Graycie May Bowman and Brynlee Allana Rankhorn; his siblings, Luke Whitehead, Gary Neal Whitehead (Teresa), Carl Wayne Whitehead (Vicky) and Blenda Harris (Joey); and his half-brother Jimmy Simpson (Michelle).
