She was predeceased by: her parents, Verold Lackey and Hazel Etta Adams Lackey; her husband Harold Richard; her children, Larry Richard Anderson and Nancy Elizabeth Anderson Johnson; and her siblings, Nellie Gabbart, Maxine Whiteaker, Barbara McClain and Bobbie John Lackey.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Bro. Toby Johnson, Toby (Susan Johnson) of Indianapolis, IN and Andy Johnson of Knoxville; her great grandchildren, Caleb, Austin, Georgia, Joshua, Anna and Tucker Johnson; and her close friends, Tony and Jeanie Lee. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
