She is survived by: her children, Matthew Gore of Utah, Kristina Charles of Baxter and Kimberly Garza of Baxter; her grandchildren, Mia, Damien Garza, Johnathan and Joel Charles; her siblings, Abe Smith of Utah, Gerald Smith of Cookeville, Jennifer Brown of Baxter, Phillis Gregory of North Carolina, Patty Pruitt of North Carolina, Linda Luffman of North Carolina and Kim Robertson of North Carolina; and the father of her children Terry Gore of Cookeville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
