He is survived by: his wife SueAnn Randolph (Baer) of Baxter, TN; his children, Wayne Randolph of Baxter, TN, Jeremy Randolph of Crossville, TN, Nicole Randolph of Silver Point, TN and Toni Baer of Silver Point, TN; and his sisters, Maude Lloyd of Livingston, TN, Emily Holman and Janie Randolph of Baxter, TN.. He is also survived by six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
