He is survived by: his wife Jennifer McBride Burgess; his father JD Burgess (Kristin Sikes); his siblings, Casey Burgess, Ashley Burgess and Joshua "Josh" Burgess; his niece Doodles; and his nephew Lige of Baxter. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
