He is survived by: his children, Mary Angela Wallace of Baxter and James Randolph Gourley, III (Cape) of Glenrock, PA; his siblings, Margaret Martin (Dave) of Cookeville, Frank Gourley (Linda) of Harbeson and Carroll Gourley (Mary Beth) of Catonsville; his brother-in-law Palmer Neer; his grandchildren, Joshua Wallace (Kassie), Tabatha Perry, Jacqui Arnold (Zak), Niki Butler (Joey), James Gourley, IV, Amanda, Zachary Wallace and William Gourley (Jess); and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Kierra, Jayten, Caitlin, Brooklyn, Danyl, Braylen, Daxton, Harper and William. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
