He was predeceased by: his parents, Othel Carr and Levola Anderson Carr; and his siblings, Jean Mackie, Hilda Maxwell, Margaret Thomas, Ann Neeley, Tincy Strahin, Becky Maynard, Jimmy, Bobby, Marty and Michael Carr.
He is survived by: his daughter Renee Chamberlain (Ron) of Cookeville; his sisters, Carolyn Bates of Buffalo Valley, Jan Greene of Carthage and Shirley Douglas of Carthage; and his grandchildren, Chelsea Renee Scott of Cookeville and Zachary Scott (Ashley) of Cookeville.
