He is survived by: his children, Caitlyn Maxwell and Cody Maxwell of Baxter; his father Michael Dwight Maxwell of Baxter; his siblings, Chris Maxwell of Baxter and Hayley Herrin of Baxter; and his mother-in-law Janice Crook of Baxter. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
