He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Stanley and Wanda Sue Maxwell Hensley; and his grandparents, Alfred "Junior", Ellawee Phillips Maxwell, Fred P. and Eloris Mayberry Hensley.
He is survived by: his daughter Shania Lynn Hensley Hammock of Cookeville; his brother Larry; his sister-in-law Becky Tallent Hensley of Sparta; his grandson Parker Hammock of Cookeville; his nieces, Amanda Payne of Manchester, TN and Selena-Lee Hensley of Quebeck, TN; and his great-nephews, Brayden and Cooper Payne of Manchester.
In lieu of flowers , family is requesting donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral and burial expenses.
