He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Reed O'Connor of Sparta, TN. and Elizabeth Mare "Liz" O'Connor (Maynard) of Baxter, TN.; and his siblings, Ruby Elizabeth "Beth" Slagle and Jackie Ray O'Connor. He is survived by: his wife Diana O'Connor (Davis) of Baxter; his daughters, Haley Ann Rashea Keith and Hannah Rachelle Keith; his brother Forrest Sam Brown; and his cousin Kenneth Neal Maynard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Donations can be made in memory of Jason to the Allison Cemetery Fund.
