He was predeceased by: his parents, Burley Thomas Anderson and Ada Gray Anderson; and his siblings, Jewel Dean Newcomb, Jean Pitts and Cecil Anderson.

He is survived by: his wife Martha Davis Anderson; his daughter Teresa Lafever of Baxter; and his sister Alene Pitts of Lebanon.
