He is survived by: his grandsons, Toby (Susan Johnson) of Indianapolis, IN and Andy Johnson of Knoxville; and his great grandchildren, Caleb, Austin, Emilie, Georgia, Joshua, Anna and Tucker Johnson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
