He is survived by: his daughter Tanda; his son-in-law Russ Quay; his son Anthony of Cookeville; his daughter-in-law Corie Fields of Cookeville; his sister Peggy; his brother-in-law Pete Uhlig of St. Petersburg, FL; his grandchildren, Skyler Hickey, Rivers Quay, Blaise Quay, Zachary (Hannah Fields), Megan (Seth DeVries) and Emily Fields; his great grandchild Macie DeVries; and his granddaughter Lexie Lesko (Sara Futrell).
