She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Sadler and Helen Maxwell Sadler; her husband Roy E.; and her siblings, Coy, Bob, Harry, Joe, Betty Rose Pitman, Marie Leons, June Guffey and Billie Jeanette Sadler.

She is survived by: her sons, Patrick (Renee Walker) and Phillip (Sabrina Walker); her brother Pete; her sister-in-law Regina; her sisters, Jewell (Pat Lafeaver), Sue Maguire and Janet (Larry); and her grandsons, Seth (Lachelle Walker) and Tyler (Bailey Walker).
