He was predeceased by: his parents, David Waldo and Mary Alice Arnold Leverett; his wife Ruby LaFever Leverett; and his daughter Brenda Hendry. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Carter (David) of Baxter and Phyllis Carter (Simon) of Florida; and his siblings, Jean Leverett and Jerry Leverett of Stone Fork. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
