He is survived by: his children, Steve Phipps (Annette) of Danville, KY and Cindy Yockers (Gary) of Baxter, TN; his grandchildren, Tami Green, Ashlee Reznicsek (Adam) of Redmond, OR and Josh Phipps; his great grandchild Tyson Reznicsek; and his siblings, Wilma Jackson of Decatur, Dorothy Ensign of Decatur, Maxine Lang of Texas, James Phipps (Renee) of Decatur and Donald (Inez) of Altamont, IL..
