She is survived by: her husband Dennis Maxwell of Baxter; her sons, Dino Koffas (Rebecca) of Dodson Branch, Michael Koffas (Chassity) of Baxter and Christopher Koffas (Carrie) of Cookeville; her stepdaughters, Audrey Brown (Mike Robichaud) of Silver Point and Angela Keith (Tim) of Cookeville; her siblings, Sheila Hayes and Bobby of Baxter; her sister-in-law Patricia Julian of Baxter; her grandchildren, Eli, Mary Katherine, Lucas, Gabriel, Ella, Anna Koffas, John, William Brown, Christian Walker, Daniel Keith, Sierra and Joseph; and her close friend Julia Tayes.
