He was predeceased by: his parents, Lanis Goff and Mable Alison Goff; his sons, David and Randy Goff; his daughter-in-law Chris Goff; his great grandchild Kylen Rose Goff; his brothers, Dwight Goff and James Dow Goff; and his brothers-in-law, Wayne Smith, Doctor Stacey Brewington, Doctor Brifkani, DaVita Dialysis and Frank.

He is survived by: his wife Hazel Goff; his son Wade Goff (Vickie); his grandchildren, Brandy Goff, Matt Goff (Jennifer) and Kyle Goff; his great grandchildren, Noah Gentry, Sam and Maddie Belle Goff; and his siblings, Richard Goff (Brenda), Dortha Smith and Nell (Dallas).

Due to Covid-19, mask are required to be worn and practice social distancing during services at the cemetery.
