He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Scarlett and Jewell Morphew Scarlett; his former wife Pauline "Gigi" Scarlett; and his daughter Christal Rodgers. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Garrison Rodgers Scarlett; his children, Lisa Ozment (David), Steve Scarlett and Jeff Scarlett; his grandchildren, Daniel Arrowood, Candace May, Brandon Ozment, Hunter Ozment, Blake Ozment, Aiden Ozment, Cody Scarlett, Cheyanne Scarlett, Zack Scarlett and Ashlynn Scarlett; his great grandchildren, Addison, Bella, Justin, Ava, Hadley and Ivy; his children, Tim, Melody Peace, Cindy, Jim Queen, Chuck and Amy Rodgers; and his grandchildren, Colin Peace, Nathaniel Peace, Celeste Peace, Titus and Madison Rodgers.
