He was predeceased by: his parents, Pennock Maxwell and Josephine Maxwell (Hall); his sisters, Judy Benson and Ruth Keisler; and his brother-in-law Kendall Lynch.
He is survived by: his wife Onelia Pastora Maxwell (Nunez); his children, Lisa Maxwell and Bobby Dale Maxwell, Jr. (Kim); his grandsons, Chad Maxwell and Brett Maxwell (Lindsey); his great grandchildren, Charley Jane and Dallas Rose Maxwell; his siblings, Dan Maxwell (Betty), Larry Maxwell (Barbara) and Carole Lynch; and his brothers-in-law, Jimmy Benson and Bud Keisler. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
