He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Maxwell and Margaret Allison Maxwell; and his grandparents, Virgil P., Etta Roberts Maxwell, William Herbert and Maggie Virginia Sullivan Allison.
He is survived by: his sons, Arnie Maxwell and Johnathan "John" Maxwell; and his siblings, Connie Dalton (Charles), Lisa Parks (Troy) and Jeff Maxwell of Baxter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The military honors will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Samuel Maxwell Cemetery (3540 Baxter Rd, Baxter, TN 38544).
