She is survived by: her son Sam Fountain of Baxter; her sister Charlotte DeVasher of Hendersonville; her brother-in-law Al DeVasher of Hendersonville; her grandchildren, Jazlyn Blair Fountain and Hadley Jane Fountain; her former husband Scott Fountain of Cartersville, GA.; her niece Carley DeVasher; her nephew Noah DeVasher; and also Alison Cannon of Baxter. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
