She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois Wyatt Bingham and Floyd Bingham; and her sons, Roy Dale Willis and Gary Wayne Willis. She is survived by: her husband James Holland of Bath Springs, TN; and her sister Earline Powers of Scotts Hill, TN. She is also survived by 4 Grandchildren.
